Just dropping by thought i'd suggest they change the system to that of gvg so that people with a 1200 rating or above get commander points. It would still leave a lot of room (820 ranks) to get commander points while discouraging tanking and promoting competition and apart from people in the top 820 the title can no longer be de-valued by rollers.

Yeah, that sounds like a step in the right direction, albeit a very, very, very, very small step.

That's how it should have worked from the beginning, instead we got a meaningless /roll title.
It could even work at different levels, for example victories with both players above 1100 give 1 point, both players above 1200 = 2 points, both above 1300 -> 3 points, both above 1400 -> 4 points
